Freshleaf — D2C Grocery Store
A direct-to-consumer grocery storefront with a fast catalogue, slot-based delivery, a coupon engine and a Razorpay checkout, plus an order-and-inventory dashboard.

Freshleaf needed a storefront that felt instant on a mid-range phone and a back office their two-person ops team could actually keep up with.
What we built
- Server-rendered catalogue with sub-second navigation
- Delivery-slot picker tied to real warehouse capacity
- Coupons, cart-value offers and an abandoned-cart email flow
- Order, refund and stock management with low-stock alerts
- Product structured data for rich results in search
Checkout completion improved after the redesign, and stock-outs dropped once the alerting was in place.
